Our pricing works on a credit system and you are only billed when the transaction closes. Your credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you’re ready. Please note that all purchases are final.
MLS IMPORT keeps your pipeline up to date by constantly scouring the MLS. We regularly search for your agents’ DRE numbers and automatically create a What’s Next transaction and notify each agent. Listing deals appear when they go live; buyer deals appear once the property is under contract and the listing agent enters your name or you enter the MLS number. Address, beds, baths, square footage, and photos import automatically so the timeline is ready when you are.
