How a File Works
The office sets the steps. Agents run the deal. Clients can see what’s next, and you have a record of what happened.
The office sets the transaction flow
Buyer and seller templates are the rails. Use the built-in templates or set your own, so that every file starts from the same map.
Agents & clients get a map for the transaction
Each step shows the date, who owns it, a short summary, and a link to a more detailed explanation.
Key dates and vendors live in the file, so nobody is hunting through email.
Dates get on the file
When the home goes under contract, agents can simply reply to an email with the contract, or drop it in the file.
The contract dates fill in from there.
Know where the deal stands. Keep the proof.
In your dashboard, the deals that close soonest sit at the top and you can see how far each deal has come without opening the file. The activity log stores who did what, when, and from where. If a client says they were never told something, the log is the record and the broker can pull it for any deal.
